I wish I had never gone with this company. Their customer service is extremely poor. Every time when I need any help, it takes me months to get their attention. They rarely reply to the text messages or emails, and they don't answer their phone calls either. My one of the solar panels is down since Feb 2020, which they spouse to be monitoring, but I found out about this panel in October 2020 and I called them to place my service request. After 4 months, they still haven't fixed my issue yet. I got very upset after I found out that they also misled me during the initial consultation. Slingshot sales rep convinced me to pay $3500 to bring my interest rate down, which I later came to find out that it was a total lie after I spoke with my solar lender. Please do your own research before you decide to go with this company.
