If I had the time I would write a very lengthy detailed review . I am very unhappy and regretful of sign a contract with ION. Terrible experience and I am not fully operational yet! Going on my 4th month of paying 2 bills one my full electric bill and the other ION . I continue to have to make a “ticket” and wait 1-2 weeks each time to get someone out here just to leave and not complete the task. It’s Stressful, it’s a headach. After everything at this point I don’t believe or trust anything ION has to say or offer, I feel since they are already taking my money they don’t care to make things right! I will never recommend this company.
