It was so simple all the info i received was straightforward and easy to understand. I wasn't over sold or pressured to buy. I was given real time data of my usage and the average around my neighborhood to help me decide how much I needed to buy. The installation process was great, if wouldn't have seen the installers I wouldn't have known they were working. They maintained their professionalism even through there lunch and finished the job in no time. I'm super satisfied with the savings my electricity bill is down to under $20.
