Stan Popek and Vegas Solar did an excellent job installing my system last year. We had a unique situation as I was fortunate enough to purchase a large quantity of new, 370W panels on an auction site. Stan reviewed these panels and agreed to just charge for the installation of 39 panels on our South-facing roof. His crew were here at the designated time and the installation went very well. It took a long time to get approval to have the system turned on by Nevada Energy. When they finally turned the system on, the production was very low. I called Stan and he was quick to respond. He had a solar panel trouble-shooter take a look and this expert discovered that the installers crossed the neg and pos wires in the inverter. He corrected this quickly and the 39 panels started producing enormous amounts of power. Vegas Solar had a difficult time getting me on the Solar Edge monitoring system. I finally contacted Solar Edge and they worked with me to set the system up. I now can monitor the entire system from the internet. I keep track of the panels' production and today, my panels generated over 70 kilowatts of power and a credit of almost 40 kilowatts were sent back to the grid. This system will continue to power our house, RV and pool equipment throughout the year and we should always have a negative bill at the end of the month!!! Though there were a few issues with Vegas Solar, Stan was always responsive and was very interested in doing what was right for me as a customer. I would certainly recommend him to help you with your solar system.
