Rich helped us from deciding whether or not to go solar to designing a system that fit our needs, to being hands on throughout the process from answering questions to actual installation and follow up. He helped us decide what type of panels would work best for us and explained the process from start to finish including permits, working through connecting with Duke Energy and making sure that we knew where we might expect delays- although happily there were none. We never felt we were dealing with someone just wanting to make a sale. He met with us several times and there was no pressure- he shared his knowledge and clearly cared not only about solar energy but that we would get the system that would best provide for our needs. Even after the sale was made he was available to make sure everything was working as it should. We had several estimates and are more than happy that we chose Solar Energy Systems and Services- Rich provided a system we are more than happy with and service that was five stars all the way. System installed summer of 2020.
