I am very impressed after hiring Nickels Energy Solutions to install our solar project. Both Steve and Kevin are very professional and knowledgeable. Kevin was the original point of contact and his willingness to spend hours on the phone with me over various conversations is a testament to their commitment to customers. Kevin was able to answer many of my questions and made me very comfortable with the various steps in solar installation process. Steve handled much of the technical side; he was also incredibly helpful in understanding the process and willing to answer my questions. The installation is very professional and clean thanks to Steve’s commitment to quality and detail. The installation team was thorough and professional. NES handled the permitting and inspection paperwork and facilitated financing through a company with which I was previously unfamiliar. Finally, NES provided me with information at the end of the process related to inspections, permits, expected performance and directions to apply for tax credits. Their commitment to their customers and to ensuring that the installation process is simple and transparent is outstanding. I cannot recommend them highly enough – if you are looking for a solar installer, give NES a chance. If you choose them, you will not be disappointed.
