Working with Solar Wolf Energy was a pleasure from start to finish and their customer service continues to shine long after my install has been complete. I spent about a year in conversation with the sales department at Solar Wolf while I hesitated to pull the trigger. Never once was I pressured to purchase until I was 100% ready. Jereme was knowledgeable and always kept me up to date when incentives in my state were changing or legislation was changing that was going to impact my energy costs, but kept communication informational and was very, very patient with me. Other companies I spoke with were pushy, but Solar Wolf was just an honest, transparent resource that remained ready to help me when I was ready to invest. When the time came to purchase, the team's presentation was thorough and answered every question I had. Taylor and the team made financing and paperwork a breeze and completely stress free. My original install was scheduled for March and was delayed due to COVID. Never once did I have to reach out to anyone for status updates. The team was proactive and on top of communication and made sure I had consistent updates. They went above and beyond to make sure my install happened as soon as was safely possible. I don't have enough kind words to say about the install team. Such an awesome, friendly, and professional group of guys who got the job done fast. The owner of the company even stopped by the jobsite himself. Great customer service at every level. It's been about 6 months since my panels were turned on and Solar Wolf continues to reach out and check how things are going and answer all of my questions as I navigate this new solar thing. I was incredibly nervous to make such a large, long-term investment. If you feel the same, these guys will hold your hand and help you along the way. I started saving money my very first month and wish I made the jump sooner!
