We chose Solar Harmonics based on research and recommendations, especially our son, who was so pleased working with them. Upon initial contact, we were absolutely delighted with the conversation we had with Jamie. He was respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable and worked diligently with us to insure we had the correct system to produce our desired outcome – notice we said OUR desired outcome. They did all the ‘leg work’ and obtained everything we needed regarding installation – material, permits and even Home Association approval. Once everything was finalized, the team that did the installation was professional, quick and thorough. They even painted the piping/conduit so that it blended in with the multi-color roof and siding on our house. Start-up of the system was fast – within 24 hours they received the proper notification from our electric company so the system was activated. One aspect, which we believe, is important and notable…Jamie’s quick follow-up and follow-through! Jamie followed up for the first couple of weeks to insure our satisfaction and that the system was producing as it should. Any issues, questions or concerns we had were quickly addressed, usually within a few hours or the same day…something that everyone will appreciate, as so many businesses today are slow to respond and correct any situation.
