If this product/business combo was a person I'd marry them! The best customer service experience I have ever had. Yes, the Sunpower system was pricier than other options, but it was worth every penny. First, the product cost more because it's a better quality product with a better warranty than the competition. I can't say enough good things about Quality Home Services' customer service. They communicated with me every step of the way through the process. The only frustrating part of the experience is the bureaucracy piece of having to wait on PG&E to issue you "permission to operate" your system (which is completely out of QHS' control). However, QHS was there to take care of all my paper work in an expeditious manner and I had my system on and producing power within a week. After reading reviews about TESLA installations not passing code inspections and failing to properly file paperwork with PG&E (in some cases TESLA customers were waiting over 6 months to get their systems turned on), I could not be more thankful I went with Sunpower by quality home services. You pay a little bit of a premium for a premium product, but in retrospect I would have paid even more knowing the difference in customer service Quality Home Services delivers. Stop debating about it and buy your system from Sunpower by Quality Home Services!
