Do yourself a favor and go with another company. Sunbility hired a third party company to do their work and they did a horrible job. There is now a giant hole in my ceiling because of the insulation put into my attic. They didn’t even suck out the old insulation like they were supposed to. When I brought this to Sunbilitys attention they promised they would take care of it. That was six weeks ago now and still nothing. Danielle, the CEO, made promises that never happened then said I stopped responding because I didn’t answer one call! This company doesn’t care about their product or their customers. All they care about is the money. I am also having issues with the solar panels not producing enough electricity yet no one has come to look at them. There are many reputable companies that stand behind their products and care about their customers, but this is not one of them. Find someone else for your sanity and homes sake.

It is really disheartening to see this review Mr. Millspaugh. We do provide warranty service on our systems but your warranty is void after you used an unlicensed contractor to install an unpermitted A/C that was improperly sized. Due to this issue your attic experienced abnormally high humidity that damaged wiring connections, waterlogged your insulation and even cause a roof collapse. It would be appreciated if you removed this review.
