Very Disappointed

We had solar panels installed on our condo roof. They finished in early 2017. There were some delays, mostly involved with getting approval from the homeowners association. In general we were satisfied with the installation. In August, 2020, after a heavy rain, I noticed leaking on the second floor ceiling. I looked in the attic and found evidence of water leaking in. I contacted EEI. Initially they took my calls. Then they stopped responding. I learned that the company had been sold shortly after our installation was complete. We've had two different roofers look at the roof. Both say at least one panel will have to be removed by a licensed solar installer and then they could repair the damage. Neither of the roofers is a licensed solar installer. I communicated all of this to EEI by voicemail and a letter. They have not responded. We are trying to find another licensed solar installer to help, but we haven't made much progress to date. We are extremely disappointed.
