The fact that this company also does reroofing was a pleasant surprise when one of their technicians informed me that my roof is too old and it needed to be changed. I actually was expecting that and it kinda held me back because I just imagined how much pain it would be. I did not want to deal with different contractors at all. But when they showed up and said that they do both I was sold. I was sold that instant I swear! A nice combination of services for a contractor.
