Rise and Shine Solar were excellent. Joe Feng came out personally to review my property and gave me multiple solar installation options and a very detailed proposal for each of those options. Other companies I contacted wouldn't even come to my house for this, rather provided quotes via email after looking at Google maps and satellite images of our property. From there the project went exactly as Joe had promised and the crew sent for the install were top notch...really appreciated their work ethic, craftsmanship and professionalism. They were not subs, rather on Joe's staff which was another reason I went with R&S. They stand behind their work, and after my first full month' PG&E bill (or lack thereof), I can see why they stand behind the efficacy of their system. I would highly recommend this company for your solar needs...the very least, do NOT exclude Joe from your bid process.
