Tesla has no Performance Guarantee (ie the system never has to work). I paid in full. Got it installed. It worked for 3 months. Now it's been offline for 5 weeks with no fix scheduled at all. Zero ability for compensation. Find another company. They are the cheapest option for good reason. Expected way more from Tesla...
