Mark, Ben and crew provided great service. My system went in very quickly and was up and running once my local coop completed service on their end. Live Wire worked closely with my local utility. I can't say enough about how well they communicated with me and with my utility. We had a very early and snowy Winter (with ice) so my panels developed a crust of ice...so unfortunately I had no production. I now have a special broom I will use next Winter! However, post snowmelt my system has been producing as promised. For the months of April, May and June my system is averaging ~1Mwh a month and nearly .5 Mwh for March when the panels were still partially covered for part of the month I am very pleased with my panels and the SolarEdge app which allows me to monitor production instanteously, daily, monthly or lifetime of the system. I enjoyed working with Mark and Ben who answered all my questions in a timely fashion with either an email or phone call. I highly recommend Live Wire!--Deb Q.
