What I liked about my experience with EFS was they were willing to take on and resolve a problem with my system (that was installed years ago by a company that was no longer in business). Too many of the solar companies I contacted were all too willing to sell me a NEW system, very few were willing to help resolve the problems in a system created by “someone else”. The EFS on-staff engineering team was exceptional in troubleshooting the root of the system problem I had encountered and worked to achieve a resolution to the problem. So, if you encounter a problem with your solar system, you might want to contact the people at EFS to fix the problem.
