I had several options to pick from when choosing a solar installer. A friend recommended that I check out Live Wire. The local utility guy also identified them as a reputable company that works in the area. I thought I’d give them a try. I emailed them and within hours had a reply. I had only a little experience with solar panels and had many, many questions. I was always provided answers and always sooner than expected. Living a couple hours away made email and phone calls critical. They were flexible and responsive. They managed to make it up here a couple times to provide me the best quote on what system would be best suited for my home. I decided to work with them. They worked with our power company and filled out all the applications and that made the process efficient and worry-free. They showed up on time, were easy to work with and knew their work. Top-notch customer service was found throughout, something that is critical to me. I was happy with their service and have recommended them to friends. I would work with them again.
