Technically, they were fine. The sales contact person was a miserable communicator, which complicated every aspect of the whole process. <br />This is something I`ve wanted to do for 25 years, so nothing influenced me: I was already QUITE under the influence :) Connecticut limits the choice of contractors, and throws SO much red tape in the way it is astonishing. Nevertheless, we`re delighted with the system and are so glad to have done it.
