We thought we were getting a passive solar system and were a bit disappointed to learn that it uses an electric pump. But the installers were great and the job was beautifully done.<br />We have been saving for this since we first learned about solar in the early 1970s, but wanted to fully insulate our house first, and build up enough savings.
