Jeremy and Pam are very responsive to questions over the phone, and helped me through all the quirks of the system. They replaced a faulty wand heat exchanger promptly. Jeremy knows a great deal about the engineering of solar PV and solar hot water, he is incredibly resourceful. It was a great pleasure to have Puget Sound Solar do this installation!<br />
