unhappy before getting started
we have lived in our new (home is 4 years old) for over a month now. We had to reach out to sun street to have them unlock their box to start our solar service. After speaking with several people and them saying we had to be home, they changed their minds and now are saying we do not have to be home for them to unlock our box. Again, after waiting over a month, we now have to wait an additional week because they only have one technician working for an entire area (obviously to much work for 1 person). this should take 30 seconds to unlock a box, right? customer service says oh well, and every time you call or respond to an email, its someone different. This is what i have to look forward to and i don't even have service yet?
