Horrible experience

This company lied to us. They guaranteed the panels being installed would eliminate our FPL bill. It has been 5 months and our FPL bills are still very high. We have reached out to them regarding this situation multiple times. The owner called my boyfriend and said he would personally come take a look to see what was going on and try to come up with a solution. He never showed up, never called. We were in touch with a lady from the office multiple times and she said they would send us a check to reimburse us for the FPL bills that we have been receiving and are still paying. We never received the check. We tried to get a hold of her and she has yet to return our phone calls or respond to my emails. After all of this, we found out the breaker was tripped. I attempted to reset the breaker and it immediately tripped again so there's an issue that needs to be fixed. We called them so they could come take a look and get it fixed. It was probably never working since the installation and if only the owner had come to take a look like he said he would this could of been fixed by now. But they are ignoring my calls, voicemail, and emails and refuse to take responsibility for this.
