Cutler Bay Solar Solutions was terrific when they first installed our solar panels and solar water heater. After 5 years with no issues, we had to call them because we noticed a leak coming from the water heater panel. It took over two weeks to simply get an appointment. In two instances, they called me back and said they would have to speak to their tech department so they can schedule the service call, a total waste of my time. Once they finally came, the work was performed with no issues; guys did a great job. I believe the office staff/ scheduling department needs to be better organized and do a better job getting back to customers in a more timely matter.
