Our Nest Thermostat is defective, Mark Cox came once, promised to return on the following Monday with a new one. It's been since President's day, we have had no heat with all the cold winter days, we are an older couple. We have called and left message after message no response. Tried the chat, tried customer service no response. We need our thermostat repaired or exchanged!!!
