Everybody involved was very meticulous in describing their services and offerings. From the salesperson that came to my door to the installers and supervisors. They were very careful in explaining the details and options I had. It was easy to understand the technical aspects of the installations and the programs. They were patient with me when I felt something wasn't clear. I had no experience in solar panels but they led me all the way seamlessly. They kept to all the deadlines and kept all their promises. There were absolutely no surprises because they created the right expectations and told me the positives as well as the negatives without being pushy. They were very respectful of notifying me ahead of time every time they were about to do some work at my house. The installation went smoothly. The technicians all were very friendly. It was a pleasure to do business with Arizona Solar Wave from the beginning to the end of the installation, including powering on the new meters with the power company. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction all the way through. I very much recommend Arizona Solar Wave. I am very satisfied with their service.
