Very disappointing customer service

My solar panels were installed in 2012, by then Solar City. I liked the online monitoring tool, and as all was going well, until I recently needed customer service support: Firstly, the Tesla app does not work for me - making it impossible for me to manage my account and monitor the system. Customer service did not respond for 6 days and then only informed me that the software support team was supposed to take over, and nothing happened within 6 days since. Secondly, scheduling for solar panel repairs is a nightmare: the earliest appointment I received was with a delay of 3 months (from September to December 2019), during which my solar system probably did not produce. (not verifiable, given the above problem). Now things are getting even more complicated given that I need to combine repair of the panels with roof repair and/or replacement, and responses on process and timing are with significant delays and incomplete. If you are still considering, don't go Tesla Solar! Find company with a functional maintenance service!
