Your Solar PV System was install 2 years ago 11/2/2017 - Your system is working perfectly as, it should since it was PEP Solar’s installers who installed your system not “subs”. All our brochures for our solar hvac mini-split state it will cool 1150 sqft of insulated space with 6 foot ceilings. We stated we did not think the solar hvac mini-split would do as you desired since you have a 2 car garage with a third RV garage (35 feet high) attached with a workshop and all three garage doors facing south with zero insulation. Also our brochure states the solar hvac mini-split runs without electricity during the day and on solar panels that was installed with the system (not at night as you would need batteries). Our solar hvac mini-split is in fact in high demand, and many many of these systems are installed at the Arizona State Parks (you can view these operational systems at Patagonia Park, Lost Dutchman, Lake Havasu just to name a few). Our solar mini-splits are operational if the grid should go down during the day while its sunny. After many times sending out our crew to assist and inspect your solar mini-split that was working as designed, we found that there was no way to satisfy you and PEP Solar refunded all your money (while PEP Solar took a $3,000 loss). We advised you that we would do our best to patch a 3” hole on the side of the house, but we are not stucco professionals and that you may need to hire a handyman so the stucco would match the original design. There was never any rebate offered or suggested as it is a federal and state tax credit as stated in your proposal that you are responsible with your licensed CPA. PEP Solar is not rude, we pride ourselves on great customer service. It was difficult to manage your conversation as at times you both were very unreasonable for your non-stop request for service. We thought after losing about $3,000 on your job with back and forth visits, engineering, permitting, labor, and downgrading the solar mini-split selling it as used (that was taken off your home) was enough to satisfy you. We are really concerned you waited 2 years to complain about the wall. PEP Solar has been installing solar products since 1978. We have had wonderful conversations with our previous customers as we have made them our extended family. Our customers have given us referrals over the years that has kept our company continuing to grow to the #1 solar company in the southwest.
