Excellent experience with Sunbug
We had a complicated situation of removing an old solar array because our roof was falling apart, and deciding what to do next. We spoke with several people in our area who are very knowledgeable about green energy, and got several recommendations for Sunbug. We also spoke with a few other companies. Both because of the recommendations from people we trust and because they were so easy to communicate with, we chose Sunbug. They were great at helping us think through what our various options were, creating several designs that we could compare in terms of cost and energy output, as well as financing options The planning process was great, but so was the rest of the project. Their team clearly communicates with each other because they kept us informed every step of the way. There was a new process for the local energy company to follow, which caused our installation to be delayed, but because the Sunbug people kept us well informed, we felt fine about how things were handled. The installation went very well and the array is working perfectly, generating much more energy than our first system.
