It is unbelievable how many times these panels have broken down. I’ve had the panels installed through Sun Run back in 2016. Ever since, it has been headaches and no customer service support from anyone. I’ve missed out on power from the best 3 months of the summer and it has caused nothing but high electric bills. Would have paid outright if I had known the warranty was not going to be honored. I would be satisfied if someone would actually come fix this issue rather than give me the run-around over the phone.
