I am pleased with the way that Kevin answered all of our questions thoroughly and in a way that non-technical customers like us can understand. We had NorthTek do three installations over the course of about seven years, and we have been very satisfied with the results - both the workmanship and the outputs of our solar electric and hot water systems. I wouldn`t hesitate to recommend NorthTek to our friends and associates.<br />Getting government rebates / incentives were definitely a factor in determining how large a system we were going to install, but the benefits that mattered most over time were environmental versus a hedge against future energy costs to us.
