I did a fair amount of research and interviewed multiple solar contractors prior to choosing Nova West to install Panasonic panels. Having just completed installation in July we haven’t had a lot of opportunity to measure results yet, but the August PGE electricity bill looked great so the equipment seems to be delivering. The Nova West installation, engineering, and internal staff did a wonderful job as well completing all the work very professionally and timely. The one area where I felt a lot of frustration was that communications were sorely lacking. This is a big investment and with a lot of moving parts to the process. This could have been a much more comfortable experience as a customer with a little more guidance and setting of expectations. Even after completion of the install there were a couple of weeks when we weren’t sure what was going on. Maybe I’m just old fashioned but I still appreciate a “thank you” from the salesperson when the job is complete. That said, I feel comfortable that we made a good choice overall in going with a quality product and company.
