What service

Once your pool heating has been installed you are on your own. We received little of no instructions on how to take care of the system and we have an issue with the system, 3 calls later we finally were able to talk to someone from Heliocol. We are missing the bi pass pipe for the winter. When asked about this item the "technician" at the other end of the phone call had no idea what we were talking about. Tried to explain our problem of Low Salt light on when salt is actually high, again no clue as what we should do. When calling you go to Phoenix. We were never again able to talk to some one local in Las Vegas. Last time we call at 10:45 told they were all out to lunch. Given the option we would never do business with this company.
