After many, many weeks of researching solar, I concluded that SunPower had the best panels/warranty in the industry and that TayCo Electric was the company I'd be doing business with. Joe, their Sales Director, was friendly and professional, even after I gave him the 3rd degree a few times on the pricing, financing, etc. He hung in there though, and got me exactly what I was after. Whitney, the Project Coordinator did everything she said she'd do, and walked me thru the entire process, from correcting some errors I made on the initial interconnection application with Duke Energy, to keeping me informed on every step of the installation. Edgar and his crew installed the system in no time flat, and left our home looking exactly the way we imagined. Do yourself a favor - if you live in their service area, give the folks at TayCo Electric a call.
