I'm excited to write this review. The staff at Sunpro Solar was amazing. We have had our panels for 5 years. In those five years, we have had one faulty solar panel. Unlike other companies (I've heard horror stories) the staff was helpful and came out to my property within the week to replace my solar panel. Sunpro Solar is honestly an amazing solar panel installation company. I did extensive research on companies in Orange County prior to selecting them as my solar panel provider near me. There were many providers near me to choose from, however, when I finally made my choice they key determining factors were: 1. Solar Company in Business for Years: at the time of my research Sunpro Solar had been in business for years. 2. Quality of Solar Panels: Sunpro Solar supplies SunPower solar panels. They have different types of panels to choose from and Sunpro Solar was extremely helpful in assisting me to make my decision as to which solar panels to install. 3. Warranty: SunPower solar panels come with an extensive warranty. When making our selection, it was important for my husband and I to have a warranty due to the substantial investment. 4. Friendliness: Sunpro Solar staff were patient with my questioning which was honestly pretty relentless. Prior to solar installation, I was pretty naive in solar technology. I asked so many questions to different installation companies. Sunpro staff was the friendliest. Every summer, we have saved hundreds-literally- in our heating and cooling needs. Prior to solar installation, there were quite a bit of tears shed (honestly) with our heating and cooling bill. Our home is quite large and our energy bill was just as enormous. Actually, the reason we decided to switch to solar was because of our large energy bill- we had to do something! I strongly recommend Sunpro Solar if you are in Orange County.
