My experience with Rise was very pleasant. My sales rep, Tony B., was knowledgeable and responsive throughout the HOA approval process and City/Utility Permitting. The panels, inverters and materials are top notch and priced competitively with competitively against contractors with lower quality panels. The install team was professional and speedy, and in general, everyone at Rise played their role with professionalism and customer service. I appreciated the fact that the process was turnkey for me as a customer, and I only had to chime in on occasion to assist with HOA and permitting process. I also appreciate the financing options that removed the financial barriers to renewable energy, making it possible to go green with no money down and monthly payments that are a bill swap for my electricity bill. I would much rather pay for my panels at a rate that is locked in than pay an increasing monthly payment for electricity from my utility company, and I recommend Rise for anyone that is considering going solar!
