SoCal Solar Brokers presented me with a written quote that included the size of the system, both in AC and DC. After the system was installed, it was obvious that there was an engineering mistake. My system was not producing the amount of AC-W that I was quoted. The source of the issue was an undersized inverter. A smaller inverter was capping my output, sometimes referred to as clipping. Instead of just owning the mistake and trying to make good, Alan Jehamy has used every excuse possible. Blaming it first on the installers, second on the designer, and now he is blaming the software SoCal Brokers used to create the quote. This ordeal is not yet over with, so I can't tell you final outcome. I will provide an update when I have one. In the meantime I would proceed with extreme caution.
