Selling incompatible systems--lying for sales

I'm pretty sure this company literally omits customer service as part of their business philosophy. They flat out lied to me and have ignored my requests for help. After they installed my system, the breakers they installed as well as the main breaker the array is connected to, constantly trip and my panels stop producing. Their "fix" was to add a new switch. Which didn't do anything. Finally after a year of pestering them, they let me know that I opted out of upgrading my breaker panel to handle a bigger load. This is frankly a lie. I was never presented the option to upgrade my panel, and if they had told me the problems it would create I never would have gone through with this. They said they can now fix it for $1800 cash. This is absurd. What kind of company provides a system that they know will not function along with the current set up? Do they often go around selling incompatible equipment? If I'm shelling out $30,000 for a solar array, I am indubitably willing to pay an extra $1800 to make the thing work IF THE OPTION IS PRESENTED TO ME. Don't tell me months and months later that I declined this necessary upgrade, especially when no evidence of this exists. Liars and cheats.
