Disappointing Customer Service

My husband and I purchased solar panels and a radiant barrier from Sweetwater Energy Services a year ago and had a sub-par experience. Our "4-6 week" project took ~10 weeks and included last minute paperwork, additional check/fees, and poorly communicated installation logistics (although Frank and his team are great). Once the panels were finally installed, they could not be switched on because our electric box was not properly sealed to the wall and a master electrician needed to come out to fix the issue, something that should have been caught in the 9 weeks leading up to that point. Our first bill was higher than any bill we historically had in that month and our panels have only been producing ~50% of our estimated electricity since then, suggesting the panels are less efficient than advertised and radiant barrier is doing little to help save energy in our house. Thomas, the COO, was initially working with us to find the problem, and was honest with us that our salesman miscalculated what we would be producing. Once we proposed solutions to the problem, however, he stopped responding to any emails. Although we have somewhat of an energy efficient house, we’re disappointed in our overall experience with Sweetwater.
