I called multiple companies around the area with Citadel being the last one. just the initial phone call with Kevin was excellent. very helpful and detailed and didn't try to push any business on me as at the time I was still undecided who to go through. by the end of the conversation I knew I was doing business with him and his company. throughout everything the planning, the financing, making choices on what exactly I needed and wanted. the entire Citadel team have been extremely helpful and professional. I will use Citadel for additional solar upgrades and will send anyone that needs roofing and or solar to them without any hesitation.
