We worked with Matt McPherson when we were deciding to add solar panels to our roof. Our house was built in 2015, and had 9 solar panels (through Renova/SunPower), but we needed more. Matt provided us with all the information we needed to make this big decision. He was professional, prompt, courteous, and easy to talk with. No hard sales push or condescending attitude! Quite the contrary - he was knowledgeable, patient, kind, sincere and trustworthy - all the things customers want in a sales rep, but seldom get. He is the whole package! Since we had a unique situation and would have a 'hybrid' solar system in the end, we felt assured he would walk us through the entire process and address any concerns we had. He always returned phone calls and emails, and came out on the day of the installation (30 new panels, and moving of current panels) to make introductions and ensure things got off to a good start. We could not have asked for a better experience. Now we are communicating with Matt as we see the difference the additional solar power is having on our SCE bill!. We are very grateful to have had such a talented guy guide us through this. Thus, we are telling our neighbors about Renova, and about Matt.
