In an earlier review, I castigated Pacific Sky Solar and said that you can't count on them to back you up when things go south. I'm happy to report that I was proven wrong. The owner of the company paid me a personal visit to make things right. I have tremendous respect for this. He was able to take full ownership of what went wrong and made reparations that I am more than satisfied with. Like I said in my original review, you can tell the integrity of a business not by how they act when everything goes well, but how they act when things don't go as planned. Well, Pac Sky Solar renewed my faith in their integrity, and so, because of this, I want my review to reflect that. In this day and age when they could have easily ignored my review and gone about their business, they chose, instead, to do the honorable thing. Well done, Pac Sky Solar. You're earned back my business, and you should consider them yourself the next time you want solar work done.
