They were thorough, and I'm excited.

The guy who came out for the informational meeting was thorough, and was patient when I said I didn't want to sign any paperwork that day, because I needed to think about it. It made me very comfortable that I wasn't pushed to sign anything right away, and helped me believe this company was comfortable in their product. The ease of not having to obtain the permits, work with my utilities company, or anything of that sorts really helped. The cost of the permits is rolled up into the cost of the panels - it's a no-hidden-fees pitch. I really liked that they also provided energy efficient lightbulbs, a Nest thermostat, and (if needed) the hot water tank wrap and additional insulation for the house. The install team was great - my house is 100 years old and the construction on it is complicated. There may have been some frustration, but overall they got the job done in the expected amount of time and did not let it affect their interactions with me. When they were finished, they took time to show what was done - and it wasn't just a quick run through. They took their time, explained it, and answered questions thoroughly. I'm excited to have these up and running!
