They did a professional job once they figured out what to do

I chose them because they are an American Company and their warranty impressed me. However, I was very disappointed in their ability/willingness to communicate. I paid half in October 2018 and they did not install until March 2019. I had to send countless emails and make countless phone calls before I finally got their attention. I am still waiting for some "deliverables" one being the County Inspection and then the actual turn-on to generate power.
