These people are horrible. They tell you in the beginning you can cancel whenever ,but that is a lie. Once u are in a contract you are stuck for twenty years! They don't have you save money..instead its an extra bill. Even when its not working you still have to pay. And when i called to seek help on my situation they basically washed their hands and said there was nothing i could do and both customer service people hung up on me without allowing me to talk to a manager. Bad customer service. Bad service overall. And no save for your buck at all. Don't waste your money on this.
