Tim and his crew really went the extra miles to make sure the installation of 9.9kW solar system on our roof go as smoothly as possible.<br /><br />I was impressed with the crews. They've addressed all my questionsconcerns very professionally and with good manner during the installation.<br /><br />I wasn't happy with the inverter being installed on the outside of the exterior wall. Because the premature decision that I've made during the install.<br /><br />I called Jim(the VP) up asking if it is possible to move the inverter back inside the garage even it wasn't ESH false, it's my fault (the homeowner) that I didn't know where I wanted the inverter to be installed on the first placed. Jim did everything possible by sending Tim back on the next day for another half day to move the invertor back to the new location and without charging the labor.<br /><br />Everyone in the team (Jim, Tim, and Covey) did everything they can to make sure the transition goes as smoothly as possible. And they definitely did that.<br /><br />I'm so glad that I've chosen EHS to install our solar system and I would commend ESH to any homeowner who want the job done right at their home. The installer was efficient, neat and did an excellent job.
