Horrible Warranty Customer Service.

My Sunpower system stopped transmission over 10 months ago. At time of install Sunpower claimed that they would contact me within 48-72 hours in case of any transmission failures. I was never contacted. The only way I found out when you went online at the end of the month to view my production. I immediately contacted Sunpower. After repeating the troubleshooting process over and over they finally admitted that my gateway/data logger was failing and it was under warranty. To cut a long story short. It is now over 10 months later and they still haven't replaced the parts to get my transmission back. I've spent days on end on the phone with them, and their authorized dealer. I can't even get a face to face service visit scheduled with the dealer that they say I have to do business through. I don't have any faith in Sunpower, and very little faith in their dealer in my area. Look elsewhere.
