I was informed that the site surveyor sized the North side of my roof. Not the South side. This is very unprofessional and makes me worry about the competency of the company as a whole. When I was called about the error I asked if the designs were reviewed by a licensed electrician. The representative mentioned that he didn't know the details of the process and didn't know if a signature was even required.
