Because of other construction and time issues, a set completion date was not part of the contract per my request. Raffi at A & M was really great at working to accommodate my schedule.<br />My decision to install the PV system is based on a conservative economic philosophy that is most influenced by the cost affectedness of the system. Without the State rebate, the system would not have been worth the expense.
