My salesman was excellent and explained everything about the company and product. The first install crew was sketchy to be honest. A lot of miscommunication as what comes with a new crew. However some things needed to be corrected with the second crew that came out and target did a phenomenal job. Made sure everything was tied down correctly and in good working order. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase and I've never had an issue when contacting customer service.
