Good salesperson, good ops team, poor management/coordination

I was very happy with Brandon from the sales team. I valued his knowledge of the design, operations, permitting and rebate process. <br /><br />I was very happy with the electrical team. We asked for their help blending the conduit into the design of our house and they did a terrific job doing so. <br /><br />The roof guys did a poor job on the original install but they did acquiesce when we asked them to correct it (i.e. straightening out the panels and installing them in the correct locations as noted in the design.)<br /><br />I would give Renu 4.5 stars if not for the project management/coordination. There were several days I sat home in the middle of a business day unnecessarily waiting for someone from Renu to arrive because their project/ops team had not properly communicated the schedule. It was generally incumbent on me to follow-up with Renu to push them along on next steps or ask where we were in the process. A coworker of mine had many of the same challenges with Renu and we both felt this team lacked process, oversight and accountability. <br /><br />If Renu made a few personnel and process tweaks they could quickly address these issues but it was my experience that they did not really welcome the feedback. I'd have a difficult time recommending them.
